VOCAL ARRANGING Syllabus
This highly specified course is designed for the student who wants to gain basic knowledge and to increase skills in arranging for vocal groups including but not limited to church and gospel choirs, school and show choirs, and folk-rock, jazz and swing groups. Your instructor, Vince Corozine, is an experienced professional writing for numerous vocal ensembles. You will have online personal attention with Vince as he addresses your composing strengths, which will enable you to be a successful choral arranger. Worksheets will be given for most lessons.
Prerequisite
The student should have completed Music Theory 1, 2, and 3.
Materials Needed
Keyboard and access to Sibelius music software program.
